Authors should observe the following notes when they intend to submit/publish a paper.

1. Conflict of interest: contributors should reveal any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial, personal or other relationships with other people or organizations within three years of beginning the submitted work that could inappropriately influence, or be perceived to influence, their work.
2. The authors are required to provide a complete list of references cited in their paper.
3. The journal cannot bear plagiarism and fraudulent data in any paper. It has a strict policy against plagiarism, which is checked through two methods: reviewer check and plagiarism prevention tool (iThenticate). All submissions will be checked before being sent to reviewers.
4. All papers are reviewed by a minimum of two readers.
5. It is assumed that all authors have significantly contributed to the submitted paper if there is a co-author(s) in the submitted manuscript.
6. In case of presence of any fraudulent information in an article, its authors will be responsible for providing retractions or corrections of mistakes.
7. It is strictly prohibited to publish the same research in more than one journal.
8. Changes to authorship: This policy concerns the addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names in the authorship of accepted manuscripts. Before the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue, requests to add or remove an author, or to rearrange the author names, must be sent to the Journal from the corresponding author of the accepted manuscript and must include: (a) the reason the name should be added or removed, or the author names rearranged and (b) written confirmation (e-mail) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed. Requests that are not sent by the corresponding author will be forwarded by the Journal to the corresponding author, who must follow the procedure as described above. Any requests to add, delete, or rearrange author names in a published article will not be taken into account.

  

Copyright:

All authors must sign the 'Transfer of Copyright' agreement before the article can be published. This transfer agreement enables ADMATS to protect the copyrighted material for the authors, without the author relinquishing his/her proprietary rights. The copyright transfer covers the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the article. It also includes the right to adapt the article for use in conjunction with computer systems and programs, including reproduction or publication in machine-readable form and incorporation in retrieval systems. Authors are responsible for obtaining from the copyright holder permission to reproduce any material for which copyright already exists.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

• Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
• Authors can enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

Permission:

Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Each paper submitted for publication is normally subject to review and criticism by independent, anonymous referees, and authors are provided with copies of these reviews so that they can make revisions and improvements of their manuscripts before publication. Papers under review, accepted for publication, or published elsewhere are not accepted.

 

Submission Language:

Papers can be submitted only in the English language.

 

Type of Submission:

Full-Length articles are original papers reporting the results of experimental or theoretical work providing new information on any aspect of Science or Engineering. The length of an article should be kept within 8,000 words. Each full-length article submitted for publication is normally subject to review and criticism by two independent, anonymous referees, and authors are provided with copies of these reviews so that they can make revisions and improvements to their manuscripts before publication. Authors should aim to produce a manuscript that can be reviewed on its own, without assuming that earlier or later parts will be published. The Editor reserves the right to return without review manuscripts whose subject area or level of treatment appears unsuitable for ADMATS.

Brief reports on new work for which quick publication is desired may be submitted as Short Communications. They should be clearly indicated as such, and their length should be kept within 4,000 words. Short Communications are subject to the same peer review criteria as full-length articles, although the Editors may choose to use only one referee. Short Communications should include an abstract.

Review articles are typically 20,000 words and focus on a specialized area in science or engineering. They may be relatively broad in scope - thereby serving a tutorial function - or quite specialized, aimed at researchers in the chosen field. Selected authors are usually invited by the Editor-in-Chief to submit a review article on the subject they are specialized, however, interested authors may also suggest submitting a review article to the Journal.

Contributors are requested to present the main outlines of their work in a manner intelligible to readers who are specialists in other fields. Specialist terms and symbols should be defined, lucidity should not be sacrificed for the sake of brevity, and both verbal and mathematical jargon should be avoided. Also, avoid personal pronouns such as 'we' and 'our' etc.; use an impersonal style instead. Manuscripts must be typewritten, double-spaced with wide margins on one side of white paper. Good quality printouts with a font size of 12 pt are required. The first page should contain the title of the manuscript, the authors' names, and the affiliation and address of the corresponding author (including a Fax and E-mail address). Full postal addresses must be given for all co-authors. Please also indicate the total number of pages, tables and figures submitted. The Editors reserve the right to adjust the style to certain standards of uniformity. Only Microsoft Word format can be accepted. 

 

Title: The title should be self-explanatory, and free from abbreviations or unusual acronyms. The title should not contain more than 15 words.

 

Abstracts: Each paper should possess a self-contained abstract of approximately 250 words (150~300). References, figures, and tables should not be cited in the abstract.

 

Keywords: Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords. Be sparing with abbreviations: only abbreviations firmly established in the field may be eligible. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.

 

Text: Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Main text, Acknowledgements, Appendices, References. Include the Figures, Figure Captions, Tables, or Table Titles into your text. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk and footnote. All other footnotes (except for table footnotes) should be identified with superscript Arabic numbers but should be avoided wherever possible.

 

Nomenclature and units: Follow internationally accepted rules and conventions: use the international system of units (SI).

 

Math formulae: Detailed mathematical discussion should be placed in an appendix. Mathematical symbols are normally printed in italics except for functions and special symbols which are printed Roman upright: e.g., sin, cosh, etc., e (the natural logarithm base), d (the differential symbol), j (or i), etc. All matrices, vectors and tensors are printed bold upright. If not typed bold they should be underlined every time they occur. Equations should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals in parentheses on the right-hand side of the page. Equation numbers are distinguished in the text from reference numbers by being enclosed in parentheses: e.g. equation (5).

 

References: All publications cited in the text should be presented in a list of references following the text of the manuscript. In the text refer to references by a number in square brackets on the line (e.g. John Smith [1]), and give the full reference in a numerical list at the end of the paper.

Work accepted for publication but not yet published should be referred to as "in press".

NOTE: In the submission level, any numeric reference style (the Vancouver style) is acceptable. The top instructions need to apply to an accepted submission.

 

Illustrations: Photographs, charts, and diagrams are all to be referred to as 'Fig(s)' and should be numbered consecutively in the order to which they are referred. They should accompany the manuscript, and should be included within the text. All figures are to have a caption (included below the figures).

 

Drawings: Good quality printouts on white paper produced in black ink are required. All lettering, graph lines, and points on graphs should be sufficiently large and bold to permit reproduction when the diagram has been reduced to a size suitable for inclusion in the journal. 

 

Color: Please make sure that artwork files are in an acceptable format (TIFF, JPEG, PNG, or BMP) and with the correct resolution (min. 300dpi).
